Mountain Warrior

The Mountain Warrior program is the Bay Area’s most dynamic military fitness program.  We take you deep into the Santa Cruz Mountains and challenge you with the military’s finest functional training exercises. 

Our Warrior exercises incorporates the Mountain's natural resources and common military equipment such as ammo cans, ropes and rucks.  These exercises are geared towards your personal fitness level and leave you both exhausted and inspired.

Throughout the 3-5 mile course you will carry a military issued ruck sack.  You will be amazed at how your ruck continuously challenges your core and leg strength.   Along the journey we take recovery time where you may eat, drink or simply enjoy the natural beauty.

The workouts last 3-4 hours and are designed intermediate and well conditioned athletes.  The workout is modeled after the US Army Ranger program and will give you a deeper appreciation for what our soldiers endure on a daily basis.

The cost of the program is $125 per person or $75 if you bring a friend.  We conduct both private workouts and a weekly Saturday morning workout.
