Roc is Northern California's most respected Military Fitness Trainer.  His military training honed both his physical and mental toughness.  He has a reputation for melding this toughness with his energetic, enjoyable fitness programs.  During his military career service he became a Master Fitness Trainer and was responsible for training at the organizational and individual level; getting soldiers strong and fit for combat.

After leaving the military, Roc played professional hockey and coached at the collegiate level.  He helped his teams gain strength and endurance through functional training workouts.  He also implemented a nutritional program that greatly improved the health of the athletes. After four successful years coaching, Roc moved to California to pursue training individual clients that were determined to make a life change. He knew he could really make a positive difference in people's lives.

For the past seven years, Roc has been improving the lives of many dedicated California residents. He is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He understands that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous about of discipline and determination. But Roc's techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

Roc graduated from multiple military schools including the elite US Army Ranger School.  He is a veteran; professional hockey player; amateur boxer; martial arts expert; marthon runner and open water swimming enthusiast. 

Roc holds an annual swim from Alcatraz to San Francisco wearing handcuffs to raise money and awareness for incarcerated Veterans.
